Abstract Submission and Writing Guidelines

  1. Abstracts must be prepared in English, following the specified writing guidelines.
  2. The abstract (excluding title, author names, and affiliations) must not exceed 300 words.
  3. Academic titles should not be used in author names.
  4. The name and full address of each author's institution must be clearly indicated.
  5. Except for chemical symbols and internationally accepted units, any abbreviations used in the text must be written out in full the first time they appear, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. The abbreviation can then be used in the remainder of the text.
  6. Title
    The title should clearly reflect the content of the study. In the title, only the first letter of each word should be capitalized, except for special terms.
  7. Abstract Text 
    The abstract should include the following sections and should not contain any tables or figures:
    Objectives: Clearly state why the study was conducted.
    Methods: Describe the methods and/or models used to achieve the objective. The type and number of subjects must be specified.
    Results: Present the main findings along with relevant statistical outcomes.
    Conclusion: Summarize the results and their implications.
    If applicable, include information about funding organizations and grant codes at the end of this section. This is part of the 300-word limit.
    Keywords: A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords must be provided.

E-Poster Preparation Guidelines:

  • E-posters will be exhibited online at the conference venue.
  • E-poster presentations must be prepared in PPT format, and each e-poster should consist of a single slide.
  • E-posters should be prepared in vertical 16×9 format.
  • Author names should be written without academic titles, surnames must be written in uppercase letters, and the presenting author’s name must be underlined.

General Rules & Abstract Submission Terms

  1. Abstracts must be submitted online via the congress website. Abstracts sent by email or post, independently of the system, will not be accepted. All abstracts must be uploaded to the electronic submission system by August 4, 2025, 23:59.
  2. If the person uploading the abstract is not the presenting author, the presenting author must be designated as the “Corresponding Author.”The contact details of the corresponding (presenting) author must be provided during submission.
  3. Abstracts must be original and not previously published or presented elsewhere.
  4. In order for the abstract to be accepted, the presenting author must complete the congress registration and pay the required fee. Authors who have not registered will not be allowed to present their work at the congress.
  5. Scientific and legal responsibility for the abstract lies entirely with the authors. In the event that the abstract is published in the congress proceedings after the event, the Organization Secretariat and Scientific Committee assume no responsibility regarding intellectual property rights.
  6. Abstracts that are accepted but not presented during the congress will not be published in the congress abstract book.
